Reactions have been trailing a video that captured a beautiful moment between famous fuji singers in Nigeria, Pasuma and Saheed Osupa.
A video shared on Saheed Osupa’s Instagram page captured him consoling Pasuma on the death of his mother, Alhaja Adijat Kuburat.
Many who have been wondering why the singer was absent while others paid their condolences to Pasuma, were rest assured when he expressed reasons for his absence.
From the video, Osupa disclosed that he couldn’t be with Pasuma because he had to attend to some things, and the latter agreed he understood.
Sharing the video online, Osupa expressed regret for not being able to console Pasuma in person, but he will play his role as a friend and colleague in spirit. He wrote:
“Even though I can’t be available in person to condole with you and play my role as a friend and colleague, I want you to know that I am always with you in spirit…
“May Mama’s soul rest in peace. Be Strong, my brother and friend @officialpasuma.”
Recall that Pasuma announced the demise of his precious mother who died on the 6th of April, 2023.
Recall the top Fuji artistes were intimate friends before they both went separate ways as a result of allegations coming from Osupa that Pasuma was stealing his intellectual properties without acknowledgement.
After several efforts from Saheed Osupa to stop Pasuma from such alleged unprofessional attitude proved abortive, he resulted to abusive lyrics to trash Pasuma musically. The dispute continued with a lot of controversies trailing their individual careers as fans didn’t help matters. See reactions below and video here
