Social media has always been used as a platform for many fans to reach out to their Nigerian celebrity acts, especially, when they need to ask for financial assistance.
Nollywood actor and politician, Desmond Elliott was recently approached by a fan on popular social media platform Twitter.
The user who revealed that he was a barber, had prayed the actor to help him with some money to purchase a brand new generator, as the old one had developed a fault.
Elliot had however given him a casual and hilarious response. He disclosed to the social media user that he could only afford to give out money to repair the item.
The actor also advised the barber to make due as this was a trying period and everyone was simply managing their resources the best way they could.
