Over the weekend, there were reports that singer Davido had been arrested in Dubai after engaging in a physical fight with a young man in an elevator.
The reports read:
“Singer Davido was arrested in the early hours of today after stabbing one Michael aka Dream Chaser, who is said to be the younger brother of Abu Abel, the CEO of Obimzy Records in Dubai.
The incident happened inside an elevator at Crab Market, Emirates Financial Towers, Dubai.
It was gathered that tension rose when the victim was trying to interact with an allegedly tipsy Davido inside the elevator, but he took it wrongly and broke a bottle on his head.
The cops were subsequently called in and the singer was whisked away around 7am, while the victim was rushed to the Kuwait hospital, Deira. Davido’s manager, Asa, missed his scheduled flight due to the incident.
The singer’s social media pages have since been taken over by his management so has to keep it active while the issue is being resolved. It remains to be seen whether the victim will be pressing charges or allow the cops free Davido. “
Well, Music executive, Soso Soberekon has taken to social media to slam claims that DMW boss Davido was arrested in Dubai.
Soso Soberekon reacted to the false report saying David is infact on his way to London to support his artist Mayorkun who is holding a concert in London.
He wrote “Arrest? Lol davido is on his way to London to support his artist mayorkun”
However a lady share a video of when Davido and his crew tried to run away. They left the guy bleeding alone. Everyone was running for dear life. This video was when bouncers were blocking Davido from running away before the police got there because they tried to escape so they were fighting bouncers
