Be proud of your parents, On no account should you hide your parent – Corps member shows off butcher father and mother on social media

With the way people fake their lives on social media it is often appreciated when a hardworking person is not ashamed of his or her humble background.

A young National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member identified as Kash (@kashshalewa11) has taken to social media to advice fans not to be ashamed of their parents.

She did this while posting a photo of her folks. From the photos it is obvious that her father is a butcher but they have been able to sponsor her education despite their occupation.

Kash explained in her caption that on no account should people hide their parents because they want to appear a certain way on social media.

She also added that kids should cherish their parents for who they are and be proud of them regardless of the situation.
