While many Nigerians are praying that justice prevails and the truth wins in the case of Busola Dakolo, who accused Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) church of raping her 20 years ago, Nigerian actor Deyemi Okanlawon has taken his support for the victim a little further.
Rather than hope and pray for justice alone, the actor was seen with scores of Nigerians protesting at the COZA on June 30, demanding justice and calling out Fatoyinbo to answer to the allegations.

(SWIPE LEFT!) Not every time fine picture, sometimes take a stand! 1. It’s the responsibility of every citizen to ensure every VICTIM has a right to be heard without the fear of condemnation – that’s FAIRNESS 2. Its the responsibility of the ACCUSED to take steps to show empathy – that’s RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP 3. It’s the responsibility of the judiciary to determine who’s GUILTY – that’s JUSTICE Let everyone do his/her part in seeking fairness and justice without sentiment. Photo: @ugochuks_ikeakor
Just recently, Okanlawon released a short film titled Three Sides to a Coin. In it, the actor displayed the gut-wrenching happenings based on Dakolo’s narration of the apparent ordeal.
Speaking on the film, Deyemi, stated that he wanted to show that Busola’s experience is possible and it can happen to anyone. he apologised if the make of the film makes any victim relive their painful experience in their mind.

SAY NO TO RAPE‼️ We can only fully understand the pain of a victim if we or someone close to us has been there too. Our hearts ache for victims of rape all over the world. We hope the force of the law will take full effect. ————————— 3 Sides To A Coin (Part I) As creatives we have chosen to bring this story to life however, as we lend our creative voice with this 3-part short film our aim is not to take sides but only to show what it may be like for the victim and the abuser, please bear it in mind that there is usually more than one side to any story hence why we chose to tell different narratives. We apologise ahead to every victim who watches this video and is made to re-live the experience. We had a really difficult time filming this also and join together with everyone to say NO to RAPE! It is inhuman and unjust and if you’ve been wronged in this same way – we pray you find your voice again. Meanwhile, a young Nigerian lady defended the senior pastor and general overseer of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, amidst child molestation allegations.
The young lady identified as Somto Orji said that if Busola Dakolo was molested by a normal person she would not have revealed it to the public.
