Ibrahim, the son of the Minister of State in the Foreign Affairs ministry, Musiliu Obanikoro have lost his bid for seats in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Ibrahim Obanikoro of the Peoples Democratic Party lost to Ishahu Gbolahan of the APC in Eti-Osa Constituency 2.
Declaring the result on Sunday morning, Mr. Michael Uchola, Returning Officer, Eti-Osa Constituency 1 and 2, declared Gbolahan winner with 9,782 votes to defeat Obanikoro, who scored 9,510.
